Disney scientists unveil wireless charging room

What if you could charge all your devices just by walking into a room? Researchers at Disney have attempted to do just that—designing a chamber of aluminum-paneled walls with a central copper pole that creates electromagnetic fields to wirelessly power up to 10 batteries at once, Live Science writes. The study, published last month in PLOS ONE, asserts that the room is safe for humans to occupy. (from SCIENCE)
